1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size issues, or minor variations in color/design caused by photography or screen settings.
Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparent and fair resolution of complaints, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video must:
- Show a 360° view of the sealed package
- Clearly capture the opening of the package
- Show the product condition without cuts, pauses, or edits
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Request Process
- Customers must notify us at support@soukfy within 3 (three) days of receiving the order.
- The return request must include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Mandatory unboxing video
Requests raised after 3 days or without required proof will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back as per our instructions.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders, once shipped, cannot be cancelled or refused.
- Refusal of COD delivery may result in account restriction or future COD disablement.
7. GST & Invoice
- GST invoices are issued as per applicable Indian GST laws.
- GST charged on the order will be refunded only if the return is approved and compliant with GST regulations.
8. Final Authority
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after inspection.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Noida/ UP, India.
